Erik Haugsnes, AIA
Senior Project Manager
Erik Haugsnes has built deep and diverse tenant coordination and project management experience over more than 20 years in commercial and community development. He has led on-site tenant coordination for ground-up developments, expansions, and renovations of existing facilities and worked extensively with mixed-use, urban developments in the Chicago and Boston markets.
Erik has detailed expertise in construction management, contract preparation, bidding, construction-related lease review, and technical issues specific to shopping centers, such as asbestos abatement and waterproofing. His experience with urban community development and historic preservation contributes to his effectiveness in leading efficient progress in complex environments.
Erik has traveled and worked in Asia for a variety of projects, twice participating in architectural research work on a 14th-century city in southern India.
