When ownership of 15 Bank Street identified an opportunity to bring a restaurant to the high-end residential property, DMA’s retail tenant delivery skills came to mind. Our client knew DMA from previous projects in Chicago and Tampa. Our prior work for other clients in New York included delivering new restaurant and retail spaces to tenants in prominent mixed-use buildings.
The DMA team for 15 Bank Street is coordinating the delivery of a 5,000-square-foot restaurant space. The new tenant will add to the area’s dining options and the building’s amenities for apartment residents, which also include a fitness center, indoor swimming pool and private dog park. The property is situated near office towers and the White Plains city center, with easy access to the train and downtown Manhattan.
