Julie Brock is a skilled project leader and interior designer with more than 25 years of experience developing and implementing creative solutions that meet the needs of real estate owners and their clients.She has managed the design and construction of diverse projects, from senior living complexes to urban mixed-use developments. Julie turns client priorities into custom plans with the detailed specifi cations necessary to ensure the best result. She provides thorough oversight of project progress and budget and works eff ectively with team members at all levels.
Currently appointed in Darien, Connecticut and leading a ground up mixed-use development bridging convenience and community. Located 50 minutes outside of NYC, Julie’s team is transforming a new, charming, coastal neighborhood with a robust mix of dining, services and fi tness options. When complete, Darien Commons will feature a total of 110k+ square feet of retail.
