A 33-acre development in Boston’s Seaport district is bringing 7.6 million square feet of residential, office/research, hotel and retail space to the area. Commitments to sustainability, walkability, inclusion and innovation are shaping this increasingly dynamic neighborhood, situated between Boston’s waterfront and the historic Fort Point District. Plans for the development include 8.8 acres of public open space for recreation and civic and cultural programming.
Retail space within Boston Seaport totals 1.1 million square feet. DMA is working to optimize delivery to a variety of tenants, including well-known and emerging retail, restaurant and fitness brands. The collaborative project involves close coordination with many different team members supporting the growing community.
