Inter Miami CF, a world-class Major League Soccer club, set out to establish more than a new stadium home for its team and fans. Miami Freedom Park & Soccer Village is a privately funded development that will create the largest public park in Miami, at 58 acres, and involve the environmental remediation of more than 130 acres of land. The project will also build a state-of-the-art, 25,000-seat stadium for Inter Miami CF home games and a retail, dining and entertainment district serving residents and visitors.

As construction work began on the project’s initial components, Inter Miami CF brought DMA on board to provide development advisory and retail tenant delivery services. Development plans also include a 750-room hotel, tech-focused office space, new public sports fields, integrated bike paths, and other site improvements.
