At the southern tip of lower Manhattan, One Liberty Plaza includes more than 2.3 million square feet of office space and overlooks Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty. Originally designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the tower first opened in 1973. Our client undertook a restoration of the retail concourse and sought DMA’s expertise to manage design, build-out and opening of five to six new retail tenants in the 13,000-square-foot space.

DMA is collaborating closely with tenants and client team members to ensure smooth progress and support a high-quality design aesthetic. The retail-level project reflects the continuing revitalization of downtown Manhattan.
