Hurricane Sandy caused significant damage to the subterranean retail level of this 50-story office tower at the southern tip of lower Manhattan. Our client undertook a complete restoration of the retail concourse and sought DMA’s expertise in retail tenant delivery to manage tenant design, build-out and opening of 15-20 new tenants in the 45,000-square-foot space.
One New York Plaza includes more than 2.5 million square feet of office space and overlooks Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty. Our team collaborated closely with tenants, ownership, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth progress and support a high-quality, harmonious design aesthetic.
