DMA team members supported reconfiguration work on multiple levels. The addition of a striking first-floor office lobby, with modern and art deco influences, welcomes office users and guests.

DMA provided project management services for spec office suites on the third and fourth floors, delivering finished meeting and gathering spaces, restrooms and corridors. The décor blends warm, wood tones with lighter neutrals. DMA also delivered a turnkey, 4,000-square-foot space to a particular office tenant on the fourth floor. The building’s fifth floor contains additional space for office use.
