Our client sought to accommodate four separate yet related operating entities on a single floor of office space, within a cohesive aesthetic. The 25,000-square-foot space spanned a full building floor. DMA managed the complex interior fit-out to deliver a work environment uniquely tailored to the client’s sophisticated tastes.

The creative use of glass at perimeter executive offices extends outside views and natural daylighting to interior offices and workspaces. Ultra high end finishes and custom furniture and furnishings suit the character of the business and support daily operations.

Beginning with consultant selection, DMA played an instrumental role in leading the team and project to successful completion. Our work included oversight and coordination of design, construction, procurement, and relocation efforts.
