A dual tenant office space renovation in a Chicago high-rise in need of a design refresh. DMA worked on behalf of the tenant as well as the building owner to provide Project Management services for the entirety of the design and construction process. The fresh design style is reflected throughout the approximately 22,000 square feet of interior space with all new furniture, finishes, and fixtures. Private office glass walls around the perimeter allow an abundance of natural light throughout all areas of the space. The design incorporates a mixture of private office, cubicle, breakout areas and telephone rooms to accommodate the various business units of the tenant user as well as common are upgrades for the elevator lobby and restrooms.
The project schedule was maintained throughout until a global COVID-19 pandemic entered the world scene midway through construction. With only a slight delay with delivery of a few materials and furniture items, the project was able to complete, leaving a beautifully modernized space.
