When owners of a prominent luxury apartment building in Chicago’s Loop initiated a significant lobby and clubroom renovation, they turned to a trusted team for support. To transform this shared space at OneEleven, DMA provided full project management services, overseeing and coordinating activities of the general contractor and FF&E vendor with minimal disruption to residents. 

The redesigned OneEleven lobby features custom statement pieces, among them, a full-height central planter wall, tufted fabric wall and live-edge study table. Residents have access to enhanced amenities, including a meal drop room for deliveries. DMA previously led the successful delivery of multiple retail spaces at OneEleven, facilitating the openings of AceBounce, SoulCycle, and other tenants.
