Jon Pellegrene

Jon Pellegrene joined DMA in 2015 and has fifteen years of experience in the architecture and real estate industries. His broad experiences extend from site analysis and feasibility studies to the hands-on project management of new construction and renovation work. He leads projects from an owner’s lens and applies creative vision to the development process to execute complex projects.
Jon has successfully managed projects in both urban and suburban markets throughout the country. Key strengths include project management, authoring and coordinating schedules, negotiating contracts, monitoring budgets and cost controls, municipal outreach and entitlements, and reviewing design and technical information.
In 2022, Jon joined DMA’s ownership group as a partner.
