Partners in this client company had collectively developed and managed more than 100 express car washes before pursuing the launch of a new portfolio of properties. They involved DMA early on to achieve their initial target: open four to five Cosmo’s brand car wash operations in the Detroit metro area within one year and expand to additional locations and markets from there.
DMA’s role included assisting with feasibility and due diligence work during site selection, facilitating entitlements, managing the consultant and design team, and tracking the overall project budget and schedule. With a distinctive prototype design and multiple sites in the pipeline, the client is on track for successful launch and growth.
