Kevin Ryan
Project Manager
With more than ten years of experience in real estate and construction management, Kevin Ryan has successfully delivered innovative spaces for a variety of clients. He has managed corporate headquarters projects for technology, food, and pharmaceutical firms and overseen expansions, relocations and multisite renovations. In addition to design and construction oversight, his expertise includes strategic planning, master budget and schedule development, consultant coordination and team building.
Prior to joining DMA, Kevin worked for a corporate real estate firm in Chicago. He has extensive experience with interior fit-out, redevelopment and historical renovations as well as engineering, contracting and real estate operations. Kevin’s demonstrated skills and enthusiasm for collaboration make him a significant resource for DMA and its clients.
