A shopping destination for tourists and area residents for 35 years, Outlets Park City welcomed new retailers and evolved beyond outlet concepts to include local entrepreneurs, national brands, restaurants and service-related businesses. To position the center for continued success, ownership launched a property refresh project updating architectural features and amenities and renaming the center to better reflect its broad retail mix.

Junction Commons Park City features new landscaping and center-wide signage, enhanced sidewalk connections, façade and design improvements and a new seating plaza at the main entry. DMA worked on behalf of ownership to bring Junction Commons Park City to life while enabling existing retailers to remain open throughout the transformation of this nearly 320,000-square-foot property. The DMA team also managed landlord delivery projects for newly arriving tenants, including Ulta Beauty, Chipotle, and Jersey Mike’s.
