Owners of the luxury riverfront building at 111 W. Wacker Drive saw an opportunity to update resident amenities by transforming a one-time game room and theater into the ultimate work from home suite. Supporting this longtime client throughout the transformation project, DMA oversaw demolition and construction to optimize results and minimize disruption on an active amenity floor.

The multifaceted design created corporate-level options, including micro-offices, conference space and open seating for connecting with others or working independently. Specialty light fixtures, artwork and planters contribute to an inviting and functional space.
