A phased development along Nashville’s Cumberland River is creating a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood on a former industrial and warehouse site. River North sits on Nashville’s East Bank, across the river from Germantown and less than a mile from the Central Business District. On behalf of an investor, DMA is providing advisory services and monitoring progress of a mixed-use project offering residential, retail and office space near the future corporate campus of Oracle.
Two mixed-use residential buildings feature 651 apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail space. Co-working spaces, pools and rooftop lounges are among the building amenities. Designed to maximize riverfront access and views, the $440 million project also includes site enhancements and 60,000 square feet of office space.
