A primary investor in a 350-unit, multifamily residential development engaged DMA to monitor and advise on the project’s progress. The overall development budget totaled just under $104 million, with an $81 million construction contract. As part of DMA’s advisory services, monthly progress reports to the client helped identify potential issues and highlight opportunities to optimize investment results.
Situated on a five-acre site, the residential building includes 9,500 square feet of amenity space, a lobby and leasing offices. The structure itself is comprised of five stories of wood frame construction over a one-story concrete podium. An outdoor amenity space features a pool for residents. The development also includes 455 at-grade parking spaces.
