An industrial warehouse project in a prime location for thoroughfare and highway access included the construction of two steel frame buildings, a detention pond and paved truck parking. The development represented approximately $15 million in hard costs.
Investors engaged DMA to monitor and advise on the project’s progress, work that supported efficient completion and leasing. Each building offers more than 90,000 square feet of space. “Green ready” design elements allow for the future installation of EV charging stations and rooftop solar.
