Dayton Street Partners asked us to oversee a 25,000-square-foot build-out of warehouse space for the General Services Administration (GSA) within a multi-tenant building on Chicago’s south side. The GSA has a strict and detailed set of standards and requirements but is a desirable, stable long-term tenant. DMA brought our disciplined project management skills to the work. We teamed with talented architects, engineers, and construction experts to enforce LEED-point strategies and keep the project under stringent budget controls.
Our team ensured accountability to all GSA and landlord specifications. We delivered the space on schedule and the project achieved LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
