Willis Tower owner EQ Office approached DMA to support delivery of a turnkey buildout at another Class A asset. The tenant, a multinational technology firm, sought a Chicago presence with approximately 45,000 square feet of dedicated offices, collaboration spaces and hospitality-forward amenity areas.

DMA provided full project management and oversight of the buildout, furthering a successful partnership with this client. Team members worked closely with consultants, the general contractor and the property team to deliver on the design vision. A central “library” features high-end millwork, elevated finishes and custom furniture. Varied meeting/huddle spaces accommodate small and large team gatherings.
