Sharon Rizzo
Office Manager
Sharon Rizzo has worked in the tenant coordination and construction industries for more than 25 years, providing critical project management and administrative support. She is a thorough and effective communicator with all levels of project personnel, including leasing agents, property managers, contractors, tenants, architects, and clients. She has processed tenant allowances for more than two decades - patiently reviewing lease requirements with tenants.
As office manager for DMA, Sharon keeps operations and equipment running smoothly and efficiently. She provides administrative support for DMA staff, reviews tenant and construction allowances for clients, and conducts special research projects. She also provides training to project staff on client TC Tracking Database Software.
Sharon has extensive knowledge of the software, systems, and documents essential to development management, including Contrack, Unanet and our Tenant Coordination Tracking Database.
