This $352 million, mixed-use urban project was beginning its final phase of retail tenant delivery when our client, Federal Realty, sought onsite leadership and expertise handling the complexities of retail design and construction in buildings with residential units that were already at high occupancy. DMA provided hands-on, in-person coordination, communication, and oversight. We worked directly with retailers and other tenants and team members to bring retail deals to completion, and ensure tenant and owner satisfaction.

The completion of Rockville Town Square was a significant milestone for downtown Rockville, which had lacked a true town center. The multi-block project combined a new town square surrounded by restaurants, retail, a public library, an arts center, and 600 residential units.
