New Top Tenant at Oak x Rush

The restaurant group that launched Adalina, in Chicago’s Gold Coast, leased the top-floor spot at nearby 15 E. Oak Street. The 12,000-square-foot space on the building’s sixth floor was once a dining destination linked to former retail tenant Barneys. Recently redesigned and renovated, the building at the corner of Oak and Rush Streets now offers office space as well as retail. DMA supported this reconfiguration work, and the restaurant lease follows the successful openings of retail tenants Cartier and Balenciaga.
