Mayor Daley inaugurated the recently planted intensive green roof at 900 North Michigan in an event attended by representatives from landscape architect, Douglas Hoerr, the project architect, Booth Hansen, and DMA, LLC.

DMA, LLC was responsible for the coordination of the design and construction of this amenity which will serve as a private deck for residents of The Residences at 900. The view from the office component of this iconic high-rise is also greatly enhanced by the greening of this important "fifth elevation". This, the newest of Chicago's green roofs, is also one of its largest.
