HCW’s Branson Landing Wins 2008 International Design and Development Award

Development Management Associates congratulates HCW Development Company, LLC on the selection of Branson Landing for a design award, announced by the International Council of Shopping Centers at its 32nd annual awards ceremony December 3rd. ICSC's awards honor outstanding achievement in the design and development of retail projects and retail store design. From among 63 entries, representing 25 countries, just six projects including Branson Landing earned a design award in the category of Innovative Design and Construction of a New Project. 

Branson Landing is a remarkable mixed-use, master planned development that has redefined and reestablished the viability of downtown Branson, Missouri with a unique combination of amenities, including distinctive waterfront shopping, dining, residential, and civic space and a spectacular $7.5 million water feature. Congratulations to HCW as well as design and production architects tvsdesign and Crawford; graphic designer McBride Company, lighting designer Illuminating Concepts; landscape architects Butler Rosenbury & Partners and Yung Design Group, Inc.; and general contractor Killian/Turner.
