A long-time DMA client developed a new open-air shopping, dining and gathering space in the South Bay region of the Los Angeles metro area. At the crossroads of the Pacific Coast Highway and Rosencrans Avenue, The Point encompasses more than 114,000 square feet of space, now home to top retail and restaurant brands.

DMA supported numerous successful tenant openings on the owner’s behalf, assisting leasing services with work letter reviews, ensuring tenant drawings reflected design criteria, and overseeing progress from preconstruction through completion. Since its debut, The Point has become a thriving community destination and meeting place.
