A well-located property in an affluent and densely populated area of Fairfield County, Connecticut offered high potential for redevelopment. More than 300,000 passengers annually use the Noroton Heights Train Station across the street. Property ownership envisioned a more vibrant and welcoming space that could serve as a downtown in the Noroton Heights district, with locally inspired architecture, landscaping and pedestrian-friendly connections to engage the community.

Currently anchored by Stop & Shop, Equinox and Walgreens, the redesigned Darien property will invite new tenant and customer interest. DMA’s Boston office worked closely with ownership on a delivery date of 2021 to prospective tenants.
