Owners of a luxury apartment building in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood brought in DMA to manage a significant upgrade of amenities, including the gut renovation of the existing leasing office and resident clubhouse. Upgrade work extended to common area corridors and the tenant gym and spin room. DMA also supervised the inspection and repair of the attached parking garage.

The new clubroom features a garden bar, lounge and private coworking spaces. New furniture, lighting, finishes and appliances enhance the resident experience and building appeal.
