A long-time client turned to DMA when launching a project to build spec suites at 900 North Michigan Avenue. The new speculative office space on the 17th floor would include updated lighting and flooring, wood slat room dividers, glass fronts, open ceilings and corridor and restroom upgrades. DMA reviewed preliminary and permit plans, assisted with the bidding process, coordinated project documentation, provided construction oversight and conducted final reviews of work. The client subsequently asked DMA to support a similar project on the 18th floor.

Within this mixed-used building on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, DMA previously managed successful green roof installations, retail transformations and the conversion of office to luxury residential space.
