Continuing a long and successful partnership on numerous projects at 900 North Michigan Avenue, DMA helped building ownership launch and complete an elevator modernization project involving 15 elevators at the Four Seasons Hotel. The DMA team prepared the initial RFP to identify and select a suitable elevator consultant and worked alongside the chosen consultant to review and advise ownership on proposals from elevator contractors.

DMA continued to represent client interests during construction, advising on overall schedule and budget. The project required adapting the schedule to a busy and dynamic high-end hotel environment and prioritizing communication with neighboring tenants and many other project stakeholders.
