At Burlington Crossroads, a 190,000-square-foot retail property in Massachusetts, space vacated by previous tenants is being transformed to welcome Target, Total Wine, and the first Massachusetts location of Tough Mudder Bootcamp, a team-based fitness experience.

Work at Brookside Center, a 131,000-square-foot property in southern Connecticut, is reshaping space to accommodate Michaels and US Furniture. DMA’s role at both properties includes overseeing landlord construction and managing the tenant construction process.
