Chicago Fire Football Club Owner and Chairman Joe Mansueto announced plans for a new, privately funded, soccer-specific stadium and entertainment district at Roosevelt and the river, in Chicago. Situated in The 78, a 62-acre development, the open-air soccer stadium is expected to open in Spring 2028, furthering the economic vitality of the city and the emergence of a vibrant neighborhood.
