Wheelhouse

As Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh neared completion, it became clear that DMA had helped achieve significant development savings. Our client applied those savings to create a high-end bar and grill inside the casino, with a floor-to-ceiling view of the adjacent Pittsburgh Steelers stadium.

Wheelhouse has unique appeal in a passionate sports city. The lounge boasts Pittsburgh’s largest retractable television screen—a 16-foot diagonal video wall that rises to accommodate live Fox Sports broadcasts and live music on the stage beneath. The 10,000-square-foot, $4.8 million space also offers 40 smaller screens, a 50-foot bar, two outdoor fire pits, and in-season patio seating.

Wheelhouse opened on schedule, shortly after Rivers. DMA managed all work without disruption to casino operations.
