Owners of a two-story retail building in the center of the Chicago Loop sought to maximize the property’s revenue potential and brought in DMA to serve in an ongoing advisory role. During a challenging downtown retail climate, DMA oversaw feasibility work and building improvements that led to the opening and then the expansion of a desirable new tenant, JD Sports.

DMA team members continue to manage owner interests at 10 S State Street, well positioned in the heart of the retail district on the city’s famous “great street.”
