A redevelopment project expanded open-air retail and restaurant spaces and repositioned Manhattan Village to attract new tenants to its location in the Southern California community of Manhattan Beach. The site spans approximately 44 acres and offers more than 600,000 square feet of space. Ownership brought DMA on board to assist leasing with work letter reviews, to review tenant drawings for compliance to design criteria, and to monitor tenant projects from preconstruction through completion.

Originally established as a shopping center in 1979, Manhattan Village now offers a variety of dining, lifestyle, entertainment, and retail options, a public plaza with a summer concert series, and free fitness and social events.
