While with another firm (pre-DMA), Mike Levin served as the senior development manager for this prestigious Class A office tower in Century City, a prominent commercial and residential district in Los Angeles. The $320 million, 35-story development project finished on schedule and within budget. Oversight involved close coordination with the City of Los Angeles and careful management of construction to avoid disrupting nearby tenants and residents.

Constellation Place contains 710,000 square feet of office space. A contemporary design and distinctive, high-end finishes helped establish the building as a unique landmark. Originally named for its lead tenant, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), the tower still houses the headquarters of premier businesses such as the International Lease Finance Corporation, International Creative Management, and Houlihan Lokey.

Efficiency initiatives later earned the building a LEED® Gold certification in the existing building category. DMA also led the installation of, at the time, largest commercial photovoltaic system in Los Angeles, on the top level of the parking deck serving Constellation Place.
