Mike Levin

Founding Principal

Mike Levin has more than 35 years of leadership experience in real estate development. He has managed the successful completion of dozens of high-profile, large-scale projects, including regional malls, lifestyle centers, casinos, hotels and high-rise office buildings. His proven ability to work effectively with government and community groups ensures smooth project progress and well received end results.

Mike founded DMA in 2007 with Charles Porter and Martha Spatz. With his co-founders, Mike directs overall business strategy, oversees key management decisions, and is responsible for building and sustaining numerous client relationships.
