Investors in an ambitious multifamily residential development brought DMA on board to provide advisory services and monitor construction. Reinvigorating a site that once housed a shopping mall, Hancock Bridge Square will create 320 rental apartment units within eight new buildings of three or four stories each. Five stand-alone garages will support parking needs, and residents will also have access to a new clubhouse and pool.
