After acquiring an established regional mall in southern Indiana, new ownership tapped DMA to direct its renovation. Green Tree Mall offers more than 70 specialty shops in a northern suburb of Louisville, Kentucky, with nearby access to I-65. To spark new interest from customers and retail tenants, the project replaced outdated architectural elements and amenities with new, upgraded features.

Work included:

- New entrance facades with new signage, lighting, doors, sidewalks and landscaping
- Renovation of the existing pylon with LED reader board
- A complete remodel of restrooms
- New soft seating areas and retail merchandising units

Construction, managed around ongoing mall operations, concluded in fall 2014.
