Working on behalf of building owners, DMA helped expedite the successful opening of a new Jacksonville location of retailer Five Below. The effort included securing a contractor, overseeing construction and overcoming scheduling issues related to initial procurement delays, a pandemic-related challenge affecting construction on an industry-wide basis.

The project helped achieve a prompt tenant turnover, maximizing opportunities for the owner, retailer and surrounding community.
