Developers of Brandon Town Center saw an opportunity to provide much-needed housing in a rapidly expanding region by transforming the site of a former dairy farm into a planned community. This large-scale development in the Tampa Bay area consists of 660 townhomes and 75,000 square feet of retail space.

The investor engaged DMA to conduct due diligence prior to project launch. The DMA team continued to support the client throughout the project, overseeing the project team, participating in regular status calls with stakeholders, conducting site visits, and informing and advising the client of project status to ensure optimal results.
