While with another firm (pre-DMA), Mike Levin served as the senior development manager for this prestigious Class A office tower in Century City, a prominent commercial and residential district in Los Angeles. The $270 million, 39-story development project finished on schedule and within budget. Oversight involved close coordination with the City of Los Angeles and careful management of construction to avoid disrupting nearby tenants and residents.

This building contains 824,000 square feet of office space and an attached 2,000 car parking garage. It is located at the corner of Constellation Blvd. and Avenue of the Stars, Century City's premiere corner. It is adjacent to the Westfield Century City Shopping Center.
