The owners of a portfolio of retail properties brought on DMA to assist with improvements and retail tenant delivery activities at three established shopping centers. Each center offers a mix of dining, retail and entertainment options specific to its market and location: Pacific City, in Huntington Beach, CA; Dulles Town Center, in Sterling, VA; and Green Tree Mall, in Clarksville, IN.

As part of the client’s commitment to creating vibrant and successful spaces, DMA team members worked to assess and support varied opportunities. Activities included updating and maintaining lease plans, creating space outline drawings for prospective tenants, issuing tenant and property as-built documents, and communicating with leasing and onsite property management teams.
