Tim Feldballe has more than 40 years of extensive experience in business development and project and financial management. He has held principal finance and accounting roles in development and redevelopment projects totaling more than $5 billion. He works with clients and their development teams to create pro-forma project budgets and cash flow models, obtain project financing, and to ensure a project’s funding and cost control integrity.
He oversees DMA’s Employee benefits including Health Insurance, 401k Plan, Life and Disability Insurance. In addition, he is responsible for DMA’s internal insurance and risk management program, internal accounting and budgeting, and Information Technology functions.
