Rich Haske has led the successful development and renovation of numerous retail and mixed-use properties over more than 30 years in construction and project management roles. His extensive leadership experience and knowledge of construction activities enable him to navigate project challenges and meet or beat scheduling and budget specifications.
Rich directed construction activities for a major commercial real estate firm before joining DMA. He oversaw complex retail projects across the U.S. within a range of budgets, from an $11 million food court overhaul to a $708 million expansion and renovation of the world’s largest open-air mall. Rich has managed environmental remediation work and significant pandemic- and weather-related impacts. He understands owner priorities and collaborates effectively to build and reposition properties for the highest performance.
