With more than 35 years of diverse experience in the construction and development industry, Ralph Vitti brings extensive knowledge to all phases of the development process, from pre-design to construction close-out. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead multifaceted teams through complex projects that achieve the owner’s vision on schedule and within budget. His hands-on experience includes numerous large-scale mixed-use developments as well as hospitality, residential, senior living and office projects.
In addition to pre-construction and construction management, Ralph excels in risk management and negotiation. He prioritizes complete and coordinated construction documents and is experienced with the search, selection, negotiation and contracting of design team members, contractors, civil engineers and specialty consulting services. Ralph takes a proactive approach to anticipating and solving project challenges in ways that maximize efficiency and value delivery.
