Congratulations to Tim Feldballe

Long-time Chief Financial Officer and DMA Principal Tim Feldballe retired at the end of 2024 with a record of valued leadership. Part of DMA since its founding in 2007, Tim oversaw the financial health of the organization throughout his tenure while leading project accounting and financial management services for clients and development teams.

Tim served as CFO for DMA and for dma|property, created in response to client needs. He led employee benefits, insurance, risk management and IT functions. He managed client projects to support successful funding, budgeting, cash flow and cost control for complex new developments, major redevelopment projects and ongoing property management activities.

Tim’s work ethic, integrity, and analytical and communication skills have inspired high performance at DMA and beyond. His volunteer and charitable pursuits, helping organizations such as Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity, have encouraged others to get involved. Tim retires with more than 40 years of experience in business development and project and financial management. His 17-plus years of positive leadership at DMA will continue to benefit our team.
