  • Coordinate preperation feasibility studies
  • Coordinate establishment of project program(s) with team (owner, broker, operator and other stakeholder groups)
  • Coordinate preparation of  project budgets, estimates and proformas
  • Prepare initial project schedule
  • Recommend selection and assist in the negotiation of required consultant team members
  • Oversee government entitlement process
  • Work with owner on government subsidies
  • Coordinate and advise on zoning requirements
  • Advise on appropriate due diligence strategy for purchase considerations, including environmental and building condition reports
