Building Analysis / Energy & Cost Modeling

• Assemble data and investigate base building systems
• Identify and review all sources, uses and metering of energy
• Assist in assembling base building information and executing preparation of a baseline energy model
• Identify areas of cost savings over time
• Develop an integrated priority matrix of areas of cost savings
• Discuss all alternatives with ownership and operations management teams
• Create an action plan using a baseline model, a priority matrix, and building management information
• Assist in preparation of documents to implement cost saving actions
• Oversee and facilitate the process of implementing cost saving items
• Review compliance and oversee punchlists, commission and conformance
